MSV-515LS is a medium frequency linear vibration friction welding machine in the smallest specification. MP Sonic developed it aiming to realize the welding parts in small measurement but over than ultrasonic welding ability, especially for the parts in challenging material or geometric design which is difficult to ultrasonic welding method.

Vibration welder MSV-515LS applies one pair of electrical magnetic and one pair of vibration spring to finish plastic welding. Machine system working frequency is max to 280Hz, and its ratio vibration loading is 15KG.

Machine applied servo hydraulic system developed under MP Sonic standard to force jig bad moving and pressure to parts during vibration welding. Linear sensor is applied to check the actual jig bed moving distance to ensure welding depth control in high precision.

For automotive production application, MSV-515LS mostly suitable for the assembly of high level brake lamp, side indicator, mirror indicator, fog lamp, brake oil tank, filter tank etc.
