MP Sonic China, CNZHENBO, designed specially welding machine for the assembly of hydrogen storage tank for new energy automotive. The machine model MSH-IR5090 is a hydrogen storage tank welding machine applies infrared heating system to melt tank material before fusing.

MSH-IR5090 is in vertical motion construction design, automatic trimming system is applied on machine to trim the tank at joining area to ensure neat condition before melting. Servo systems are applied to control welding tooling motion and force welding, realize high precision control, high motion speed and steps welding process setting to meet the challenging welding requirement of hydrogen storage tank. Machine can be applied to welding tanks in size max to Φ500 * H900 (mm) with one joining action at the middle of tank.
