40K Ultrasoic Wire Harness Splicing Machine

MSP-JS4010 is an ultrasonic metal welding machine designed my MP Sonic. China applies 40KHz ultrasonic system for welding metal pieces in small size. Machine applies anti-resonance ultrasonic system for high welding ability in stability under high pressure loading. Machine can be applied to welding metal sheet or splicing metal cable harness.

Technical description

I. Feature:

1.MP Sonic anti-resonance ultrasonic system is applied for high welding ability in stability;

2. Welding depth can be adjusted in accuracy meeting different welding volume;

3. Welding mode can be selected from time mode or energy mode;

4. Ultrasonic amplitude is adjustable by 1% from 0 to 100%;

5. Horn test mode is designed for welding tooling test and analysis;

6. Formula system is designed to store welding parameters for different products;

7. Graphic supervision system is designed to show machine output in time;

8. Record system is designed for welding history and alarm history;

9. Multiple protection designed to machine system including over voltage protection, overloading protection, over impedance protection, wrong frequency protection, etc;

10. Intime frequency automatic tuning system make system adjust output according to welding tooling in time working state;

11. Welding data can be loaded by USB for back up.

II. Optional Feature:

1. Close-lost depth welding mode for welding control in precision;

2. MES system for network of factory management and remote service by I-cloud system.
