MP Sonic linear vibration welder MSV-930LS is
designed with super welding capacity fit to the welding requirement to challenging
size of welding area. Machine vibration system is capable for upper welding
tooling weight max to 200KG. Machine elevating table size is L2300*W700mm, the
clearance between table & vibration plate is max to 1500mm. The vibration head
height is adjustable from 1300~1500mm fit for different parts measurement.
Machine welding vibration frequency max to
160Hz, efficient welding amplitude is 0.8~3.8mm.
Machine is mostly applied for the welding
of dashboard in complex design which case challenging weight or size of welding
tooling (such as reinforcement or carrier welding, wind channel welding), door
trim panel of automotive, washer drum, etc.
