Ultrasonic Welder 20KHz/15KHz 2000W/2600W

Ultrasonic Welder IBS-DS300-2020/1526, applied DS300 Series IGBT ultrasonic power supply transforming 50/60 KHz electrical energy into 20KHz/15KHz to supply to ultrasonic converter for plastic welding. System ultrasonic power output mas to 2000W/2600W. Touch screen is applied on machine head to set and supervise machine welding process. System ultrasonic amplitude is adjustable in 10~100%, by 1%. Machine head level adjustment is guided by dovetail slot in rigidity and precision.

This ultrasonic welding machine can be applied to weld plastic parts in medium size. Ultrasonic control mode can time mode, energy mode and grounding mode. Two phase amplitude control is available for better welding performance
