70KG Vibration Welder

MSV-730LS is a linear vibration friction welding machine designed and made by MP Sonic in middle-big specification for thermoplastic joining of plastic parts in big measurement.

This machine applies vibration system in frequency max to 280Hz, and its vibration amplitude max to 1.8mm. Vibration welding power output max to 30KW. Machine applies servo hydraulic system designed by MP Sonic to force clamp to parts during vibration welding. Its clamp force pressure max to 25.5KN. Close-loop design is applied to ensure precision welding control.

Machine is applied for welding parts in big measurement and in challenging material. It mostly applied for the welding assembly production of manifold of automotive engine, trunk, tail lamp. glove box, central control cell, oil pan, etc.

13) Memory system is designed to record welding history and alarm history;

14) Condenser system is designed to mp sonic hydraulic system to keep hydraulic oil in low temperature, enhance oil life time 1~1.5 years;

15) I-cloud system by WIFI module is equipped with machine for remote machine service.

II. Optional Features:

1) . Infrared system to realize hybrid welding: preheat parts to be welded at the welding area before vibration to reduce material flash scrap during vibration friction welding;

2) SPC system.
